1. General Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unmounted, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Products that have been installed, mounted, or used.
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items made to your specifications.
  • Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified after purchase.
  • Items purchased as clearance, final sale, or discounted beyond standard offers (unless faulty).
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

3. Returns and Exchanges for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  2. Include clear photographs of the defect or damage, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. After review and approval, we will arrange one of the following:
    • Replacement with an identical item.
    • Exchange for a similar item of equal value.
    • Full refund to your original payment method.

Important: Damage caused by improper installation, neglect, or accident is not covered under this policy.


4. Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Await our confirmation and Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Securely package the item, ensuring all original components are included.
  4. Ship the item back to the return address provided, using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send your replacement within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • Refund of Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law or in the case of defective or incorrect products.
  • Prepaid Return Labels: In certain cases, we may provide a prepaid return label for convenience.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Wholesale and B2B Orders

9. International Returns

  • Customers outside Italy must ensure the product is returned duty paid (DDP).
